Brad came out recently to help with a plumbing inspection, water heater drain, and fix a leaky toilet seal and Terry and Hunter came out to install a drain line for our air handler and check/repair related issues. Even though these were separate service calls, all 3 were super helpful, taking time to explain the issue, answer questions, and make sure we saw and were happy with the repairs, showing us pictures when not able to see the actual issue due to location. They also were super fast, scheduling us as quickly as possible. We really appreciate them!

When the two supply vents in workout room were originally installed they were installed incorrectly. This allowed the air from the HVAC system to go into the wall versus into the workout room. I dismantled and rebuilt both supply vents. There was also a broken 90 hidden behind a wall that was not allowing air to flow correctly into the living room. I cut the drywall and fixed the 90, then attached cut drywall. Customer is going to repair drywall himself.
Client purchased the home in the Spring and is interested in getting the plumbing up to a quality standard. The water lines are copper and CPVC, the CPVC is prone to cracking and leaking, client wants it replaced. The copper piping has corroded joints so I’m going to include a cost to replace all water lines. Either replacement option will include replacing the valves we discussed, adding a pressure reduction valve and creating a bypass to have the shutoff in the home rather than the crawl space. Water line replacement will include new fixture shutoffs, supply lines and insulated lines in the crawl space. The crawl space has been encapsulated and a dehumidifier was installed. There is a few ducts in the crawl space that need attention. One needs the insulation put back on the boot, another needs a new boot and reattached. A few others need to be strapped correctly to prevent pinching which causes a loss of airflow. I recommend having the HVAC systems checked out by out maintenance team

U V lamp was shorted,customer had 5 amp fuse a,I unhooked it and unit is working fine,he said he would get anothe one he installed that one years ago
Completed protection plan on 9 furnaces. Checked heat exchangers with camera, and tested operation of heat cycle. All 9 furnaces kicked on started well, will need to return with filters next trip, highly recommend changing all out. Some dated back to 2018. Filter sizes collected with furnace models and serials. Electrical checked out on furnaces. Made some notes of certain inducer or blower motors but nothing that isn’t within normal operation or needs immediate attention. Estimate for dampers presented today.
Found slaved thermostat in bedroom, not opening dampener and heat mode. Replaced thermostat.
